How To Use Modules

Congratulations! You have enrolled in Start Your Mental Wellness Kickstart. You have made a choice to start your path toward kickstarting your wellness, and this is where your journey begins. In each individual module, there are 10 themed days, each with 7 verses. Yes, you can choose to start from any of the 10 days and 70 verses. There are no time constraints or set quantities on how many verses to read. There are no designated times for when to proceed to the next verse or day. And, there is no pressure on personal progress. You set the pace. Journaling progresses as the you desire. You are in control of your progress and may choose to read one or more verses under a theme.

After you reflect on your chosen verse, check out the The Four Walls of Choice page. This is for you to express thoughts on paper or digitally. Attempt to categorize your thoughts in the specific quadrant of the four walls. Be honest with your thoughts. Honesty gives you true insight into what type of thoughts are occurring. Pay close attention to the thoughts evoke anger, fear, depression, or even the feelings of being stuck. Also, categorize the thoughts that make you feel happy.

Continue to reflect and journal with targeted guidance to move you toward your path, more information is shared in other modules.

Remember, progress means growth a little over time. Progression is completely up to you. It varies. Paralysis is a state of being unable to function, act, or move. When you feel paralyzed in voice, you are unable to express who you really are. You cannot express what you desire, or how you want to do something. Your voice becomes a silenced soul. This course aides you in creating positive moments. You will learn to progress in learning to manage chaos and negativity better. You will also learn to manage demands and focus on being true to your voice. And, you will develop a healthier perspective on thinking. We might be prepared for life, but we can learn to become better prepared for the unexpected moments.
